Can't turn ignition key S60 2007

I can’t turn ignition key pass position I. Nothing works. Something is stuck, but what?

It's been a while, but I believe I had a problem like this on mt '99 V70. I improved the situation for a while with spray lubricant into the cylinder. I used WD40 and silicone. It helped, but the problem returned. I finally had the cylinder replaced at the dealer. I think it was about $100.

Check your shift interlock button-- it may be stuck.

probably not the shifter,hopefully for you it is, more than likely the steering column lock,$500+ dollar visit to the dealer, you can replace but you will have to grind the tamper proof bolts off the top, in the mean time take the column loose and start the car with the electrical portion of the switch
