HI,

Just bought a 2006 XC70. I was driving a 2002 V70, so nice upgrade.

The front headlights are original Volvo Xenon. Is it normal that the inside bulb on both sides which doesn't seems to be Xenon doesn't lit on either the low or high beam ?

Bringing the car back yesterday night I had major downpours for the best part of the 400 miles treck back to my home and I have to say that my old V70 with standard H7 halogen bulbs gave a better light up front on the high beam !

I have a 2007 XC70 with Xenon headlights and the fact they move in turns is good but I like my 2002 XC70 headlights better. The Xenon lights do not light up surrounding areas enough and are a little to directional for me. They sure take getting use to... especailly in bad weather. jb
