850 check engine error codes 850 1996

In June my check engine light came on, so I was able to get the codes from it.

P0117, P0141, P0410.

Changed coolant Temp sensor then reset the vehicle codes.

For a few weeks I was constantly getting the last two codes from above.
Then, this past week after the system got cleared out again I received additional codes.

P0172, P0136, P0442, P0455

Then after the garage clearing it out again, yesterday within hours I get the following codes.

P0141, P0136 (refer to P2270, P2271)

What in the world is going on with my car? what is causing this to happen? And how to fix? Thanks.

Hi REP. You most likely have a vacuum leak, along with a need for a new rear O2 sensor. The P0136 is high limit reached, which means that the sensor is working (but the pre-heater element failed(P0141)). I have seen the 136 when there is a break in the exhaust pipe.

Look around for any vacuum line attached to the intake manifold, cracks in the main air tube and at the idle air control. The elbows on the vacuum lines are getting old.
