My 1998 Volvo V70 does not hold a charge. It has been a progressive problem. The time between charges has grown less and less -- holding a charge for weeks then days then basically not at all. Today I went to jump it off and it wouldn't even crank -- nothing, no clicks or anything. Could this be a regulator/alternater problem or could the starter be at fault?
