Looking for best procedure for replacing front O2 sensor. I can see the unit, and wont have trouble from underneath, but I cant see the connector, Will I detach connector from above or below. Do I have to remove the big hose going to turbo?

Connectors from the top side...

The air supply may get in the way, depending on the size of your hands.

The following is an example for an 850 with non-turbo, so you do not have preheated air supply.

EDIT:
If you do have to take off the air supply hose to the turbo, clean the PTC valve while it is out.
