Fuel in in Intake Manifold 850

I have a 1994 n/a 850 and after I finished changing out the pcv system the intake manifolds floods with fuel and leaks profusely. I changed the fuel pressure regulator and tested it as well (no fuel leaking from the vacuum line to vacuum tree). Also, I removed fuse #103 and the fuse for the fuel pump and fuel continues to be delivered to the engine. It sounds like an electrical problem. Any ides or suggestions would be much appreciated.

It doesn't make sense. Removing relay #103 will disable the fuel pump.

There is an injector relay on the fan shroud, but if you unplugged that, then the injectors should all be closed and not working.
