Driver Side Inside Panel S70 2000

The lower half of my driver side door inside panel has popped off. I found
what looks like a broken plastic clip. Is there an easy way to reglue the panel
on and what about replacing the clip? Necesary? Looks like the glue has failed
after 12 years. Thoughts please.

    Save the broken clip to glue it back on to the panel. I used liquid nails because it was handy, but it takes a while to set up.
