Oil light after oil change V70-XC70

Hi from oz
Just purchased a 2001 xc70 with 100k km (60k miles) and had an oil change done, on the way home after 20 min or so slowed sharply for a speed hump and the oil lamp flickered on for about one second! ... This happened two more times only on sharp stops.... Stopped at the shop for 30 mins, continued on and it has not happened again!.... Should I be concerned? Could this be some sludge trapped?

    After the engine is warmed up, park the car on a level surface and check the oil level. It should be close to the top mark.

    What kind of oil was put in and what kind of filter was used?

    Because it only happens on hard stops, I would not worry too much, but it does need to be monitored.
