960 leaky compressor

I was under the car installing a new T belt etc last weeked when I noticed that the back of the AC compressor was leaking oil. I tried to ee if might be coming from elsewhere above it, but it appears to be from the compressor itself.
Is this something that simply might require new orings and oil, or does it entail a greater degree of repair or replacement?

    960 leaky compressor

    The compressors are slightly different in the 960 than the FWD/AWD cars. Regardless, oil coming from the sealed motor area is not a good thing. Sounds like the bearings are worn and allowing the oil to leak.
