S80 slight hesitation S80 1999

My (new to me) 99 S80 (183k) has a random miss every once in a while. Occasionally, on acceleration from a stop it will kind of hesitate and "putt" a little bit, then take off. Not every time. CEL codes are for the 2 rear O2 sensors and a speed sensor. It has an aftermarket cold air intake (installed by PO) which sounds very wheezy. I plan on taking the housing from a junkyard or something and putting the original set-up back. The top half of the air filter is gone, and isn't there 2 vacuum lines that plug into the top?
I should probably change the plugs soon.
Don't think it's the ETM, cause it runs 100% and when cruising it's very smooth.
Any feedback? TIA

I plan on using them, I used them for the 00 S80. So far the throttle clean is holding up.
