Ride Height on 1999 V70 V70-XC70

My wife's 1999 V70 seems to be riding a bit low. She is hitting the front spoiler when entering the driveway more often than she used to. I have always noticed the front end of this car was lower than I was used to having with the old 740s and 940. Definitely lower than my '04 XC-70, which I would expect.

Is there a ride height spec., and how is it measured. I am planning on replacing the aging shocks and struts this fall. I want to know if I also have to replace the springs as well.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

    Ride Height on 1999 V70 V70-XC70

It's probably due to the spring seats and strut mounts getting a bit soft/old. The V70 is a couple of inches lower than the XC70 and an inch higher than the R with sport springs.
