Recommended alternatives for snow chains 850 1994

I will taking my 850 to Lake Tahoe here in California and will likely need some interim traction assistance. I'm running 205 tires and am looking for something easily installed and removed, similar to Syder Spikes. Cable chains will probably work, too. Any suggestions appreciated.
