I've moved again and in the process of trying to find a car for myself. I've owned several Volvo wagons before, and enjoyed 940/960's the best. I've only had one 850 (a 1995) before, and it was by-and-large a great car, but the AC was shot. (Steel screws on an aluminum coil, IIRC)
There is a very nice looking '97 850 turbo wagon for sale near me, and I am interested. The ad claims that the AC blows "freezing cold", but I am suspicious. Could it be true?
Also, any advice on this model/year? Any gremlins to look out for when I test drive?
Thanks in advance, Bill
