Just finished putting the brakes back together and I have a problem. The peddle goes to the floor. Everything is tight. I am getting ready to take it all apart and start over what did I do wrong.

    You did nothing wrong. You left out one more item to do. You must bleed the brakes. Get another person to help you pump the brake petal as you open an close the caliper valve on each wheel.
