1998 s70 brake issue S70 1998

so i have an issue with my brakes shuttering to the point of the entire car vibrating. i have replaced my roaters and pads in hopes that might fix the problem. but it didnt. i am trying to figure out what it could be. can anyone help? it would be greatly appreciated. thx

    when i replaced the roters it was kinda hard to notice any kind of noticeable different wear due to the fact that they looked like they had been turned a few times. the lips on them were pretty significant. and for some reason it is only the driver side that is acting up. it seems the harder i apply pressure to the peddle them worse the vibration gets.

      Exactly. Check the left front caliper. Mine was frozen and would not clamp the rotor anymore. I got a rebuilt from Volvo.

    When you changed them, did all the rotors look worn about the same? Any pitted/rusty? A fluid change might help you too, depending on the age of the fluid. Usually, the rear brakes are to blame, so I'd give them a thorough once-over.

    When you pulled off the old pads, did you notice any unusual wear? You could have a bad caliper causing the other side to do all of the work. Happened to me, only had one effective brake and the other over heated causing the warp.
