Problem. Power seat stopped working in all modes. Fuse good and it will work sometimes for a second and then stop. Power going to the junction box on the seat. Is there a module that controns this seat?

any help would be appreciated.

    A Volvo code reader is needed, if there are any error codes stored a clear will restore complete function.

      After reading the various old posts I saw a connection to 0pening the drivers side door and then turning on key. It worked. Got to seat to move once for abot 10 seconds. enough for me to adjust the seat the way I wanted.. I tried is 3 more times and It worked each time.

      Why????Z?

        Volvo must have sent the software development to the southern fareast. More bugs in the code than you can shake a stick at. As an old software programmer, you can bet I would have never allowed that!

        Too bad the dealers won't let us check/delete the codes for free. That is the easiest fix. Still worth a courtesy call to the dealer and ask.
