Its not just that easy........you need to think about other things first. Here are some of them......What condition is your paint in now? What part of the country do you live in?

Do you park inside at night?

Do you have alot of time to spend on detailing, or do you want to give up some shine qality for longer lasting wax?

How much do you want to spend?

OH.....I use Pinnacle Souveran wax on my car.

I used to use zymol "volvo wax" but the Souveran is much better!

I use a 3M polish on the rough spots (tree wax) and 3M wax to finish the job twice a year on my black wagon. Almost all of the swirls go away and the paint is very deep. Nobody believes it's got over 100k miles on it, and I've had several people come up to me to talk about the car. The problem with 3M products is they are difficult to find. I get them at www.autosupermart.com.

Car waxes are like religion, everyone thinks theirs is the best. Meguiars #26 is hard to beat in my opinion. Use #6 if you leave your car outside at night and don't use a car cover.

I use Zymol car wax. It rated the best in Consumer Reports. Also, I have used Mother's Calif Gold Cleaner Wax. You want a wax that has Carnuba in it.
