EGR Delay Relay Location 850

Does anyone know where the EVRV Delay Relay is located? It's supposed to delay activating the EVRV (Electronic Vacuum Regulator Valve) by 5 seconds after the throttle is opened. The EVRV located on top of the radiator then in turn allows manifold vacuum to open the EGR valve connected to the exhaust manifold.

    Did a little ckt diagram searching and it appears to be part of the "Main Relay" also located on top of the radiator right next to the EVRV.
