ABS module repair fail.. need help V70-XC70 1999

Recently did a do-it-your-self ABS module repair on my 1999 V70... Re-installed, All was good as new... less than 2 hours later, I have the same problem again.. no speedometer, no ABS...
I am pretty sure that we had this one actually fixed and something we fixed unfixed itself somehow.. Advice... Did we use the wrong type of solder???

I doubt the solder type would matter. We mix them at work. Maybe re-flowing the solder will fix it again. It could be that something is under tension when reassembled.

well, i guess as of now, we are dropping it again and opening it up again... which is not so bad now that I have the routine down...I was sure when installing it that it was in nice and tight.. does it have to be tightened to a certain tolerance to work properly?
