The car got scratched on passenger side rear door by a flying object this morning. Just wonder whether VIN is enough for ordering factory paint from a dealer.

You should have a color code on the drivers side strut tower in the engine bay. Its three digits and most likely starts with a 4... Sorry to hear about damage

Thank you very much for the info. I was very upset. I heard a loud bang when it happened (on the bridge). I thought the tire exploded.
