V70 Towing Package Question V70-XC70 2001

Everyone,

I was wondering if any knows if the factory towing package on the V70s came with stiffer springs in the rear. My friend noticed that my 2001 V70 rides noticeably higher in the back than his V70 and we were thinking it may be because the towing package (which mine has and his does not) added stiffer springs. Thanks in advance!

    Not stiffer springs, but you might have Nivomats instead of standard shocks. His car could be sagging.

    Measure from the center of the hub to the top of the wheelwell. It should be the same for all 4 wheels.
