This is a 2009, so the dealer is supposed to maintain it for a little longer. The idle speed is controlled by the ECM, is not adjustable, and your car is too new to develop vacuum leaks. Had your car been 10 years old, I would have suggested that the fuel pressure regulator vacuum is bad, but in your case it is probably a vacuum line that has fallen off - somewhere.
Get your papers and go to the dealer. Check the onboard computer in the dash and check your average MPG, it should be low. Make a list of what the dealer should check out.
