There was some oil on head so cleaned everything worried some paper towel left behind in number 5( came out with hemostat's not all in one piece was soaked in carb cleaner to keep paper towel together) not a lot stayed behind but some maybe
also cleaned MAF sensor with electrical contact cleaner and all coil pack connectors
found a split boot and repaired it , in between doing all this codes went from missing on three ( one with bad boot) to Random missing, this was pre paper towel and MAF cleaning) after all this now no codes
Started car between progress and has always run but now runs rough at low RPMS
no power when in gear i mean wont pull out of driveway, but revs up fine in neutral also smoke coming up from between passenger firewall and block looks like from underneath????
have worked on cars a bit and never messed up anything like this
would love some advise on were to start step by step to see what the heck I've done or is going on.

?? Misfire on #3 or missing on 3 plugs? That really doesn't matter now because you changed all of the plugs. A small amount of paper towel in the cylinder area is all burned up and not a problem.

You used electrical cleaner on the MAF?? That leaves a residue behind and not suitable for a MAF. Get a can of MAF cleaner and spray the sensor really good and make sure nothing touches the sensor but the spray.

Check all of your air supply lines and make sure there is no air leak between the MAF and throttle body.

Your oil leak is probably the turbo oil return line gasket leaking, which will not affect the running of the car, just makes a mess.
