What size tires.. 850 1994

Hi...

I just bought a 1994 850 turbo wagon and the tires (205 55/15) were bald..so I changed them. With the new tires (Dunlop D60 A2 195 60r/15) I can feel everything that is on the road.. can you give me any advice. I could not find on my car anywhere the tire size recomendation. My local Volvo dealer told me the size I needed...

I had the same problem with my 94 turbo wagon. I bought it with lousy tires and needed to get some new ones. Every tire place I called said the I needed 16". I do have 15" rims (six spoke aluminum) and found the tire info on the inside of the fuel filler door. You'll find the inflation info in there as well.

I eneded up getting Michelin MXV4+ (205/60/15) tires from Costco at a great price. I just wanted an all season tire since I don't have an extra set of rims for snows. The ride seems to be pretty good. I still wish I had the 16" turbo rims, but that's another topic...
