bad fuel injector? S60 2002

check engine light came on. #4 spark plug looked fouled, overheated?, almost flaking at insulator. Replaced it, swapped coil pack w/ different cylinder and same thing 400-500 miles later. Did this 3 times, same result (w/ check eng light). Bad injector? Any thoughts? thanks

    Good possibility. I assume the other plugs looked good. It is a good time to do a compression check, most parts places rent them, just do it with a warm engine to get best results.

    Injector cleaner in a bottle usually has no result unless the blockage is minor.

    I am glad you moved the coil to eliminate that item.

    Shop around for injectors, the turbo 850/70 used the same injector as Ford Mustang.
