Bilsteins noisy 850

I've posted previously about noise coming from the front end, a clicking noise. I've replaced all the moving parts on the front suspension, the noise still remains. While parked and I push down on either struts assy. I hear and feel noise coming from within the strut tower. A clicking noise, than can also be faintly heard while driving slowly over uneven surfaces. I just replaced the Bilsteins. Never would have thought that a brand new set would be bad.

Can you itemize for us "all the moving parts" so that we might discern what might have been missed?
