OBD-II Scanner 850 97 T5

I want to purchase an OBD-II scanner. As they are not inexpensive, I thought I'd see who had them and which ones work the best or have the best features. Also, the best place to purchase one. Thanks.

The only ones in a reasonable price range are the OTC MindReader and the Auto-Xray both about $300. I'm also thinking of getting one but I believe they are quite minimal in functionality. Vetronix makes a good one as well but it gets over $1000.
