Stalling with no codes S60 2004

My 2004 S60 with 160,000 miles on it (it has been impeccably maintained and is just broken in) has stalled three times in the last 4 weeks. Once last week and again tonight. The last two times I have been slowing to a stop at a light and it just stalls. It starts right back up again and runs perfect. The Check Engine light does NOT come on and I put a code reader on it and it indicated "no codes". Any ideas? It runs perfect otherwise - just put in new plugs (stalled once before the plugs were put in).

The fuel system will not generate codes if there is a failure with delivery.

So now you need to check the fuel pump and filter (if clogged).

Thanks. I completely overlooked the fuel filter. It's the original one so it's 40,000 miles past due.
