Low miles, but that's a lot of money for a non-turbo. I paid $4700 for my T5 3 years ago.

In addition to what Klaus said,

Go out and accelerate hard...it shouldn't pull hard to either side. That's about the mileage where control arm bushings start to go, but they are an easy, cheap DIY fix.

Likewise, stomp the brakes hard and make sure the ABS module still works. I have seen people pull the bulbs for these. Likewise, make sure the check engine light lights up with the rest of them when the key is first turned.

You may consider switching to synthetic with such a low-mileage engine, but that choice is up to you. Check the PCV system for clogging as well (typical pull out the dipstick test will work just fine).

Check for a timing belt sticker, should have been done at least 9K ago. Check the tranny fluid, it needs a flush. Bring a T25 and lift up the cowl to check the cabin air filter.
Like the 850s, the AC evaporator is a major expense to replace. If it has ECC, put both switches on 'auto' and start the car. If the lights don't blink that is a good thing.

Sounds like a lot of money for the year, regardless of the mileage.
