High-mounted brake light 850 1994

I bought car just 2 days ago. The dealer changed the bulb for high-mounted brake light. While was driving at home I got bulb failure warning light on instruments panel. Changed the bulb again. Got the warning light on the panel after 3 or 4 pushings on the brake. And bulb doesn't work again, but visually looks 'ok. Can somebody help ?

    I had the same problem on a 1994 850. After removing the light cover from the inside, inspect all metal electrical contacts. My problem was that a little bit of plastic had melted onto one of the metal contacts causing the bulb failure indication. Look for any melted plastic or other foreign objects on all metal contacts inside the light housing and clean off with a knife if necessary.

    Remove the cap, ask someone to press the brake pedal and move

    the wires, you will see a bad contact.
