Okay its cold here the car will crank but not turn over. Soon like in 15 mins I am going to have someone jump it for me. I realy dont thin it will help. I think it might be something with the fuel but, I dont know where to start loking. Any help this is the only car that can fit the family.

Turn off the headlights, radio, and blower. When you turn the key to pos II, do you hear the fuel pump prime for a couple of seconds? If not, then it could be a bad pump. A frozen and clogged fuel filter is also a possibility.
Just because you have a lot of snow doesn't mean that it is COLD outside :)

If you don't hear it priming, it could just be stuck. I used to have an old Jeep that didn't like going out in the cold weather. Take a wrench or something heavy and beat the bottom of the fuel tank a couple times and see if you can get it going.

the terms crank and turnover often means the same condition. Are you saying the engine cranks/turnsover on the starter but will not catch and run???
If so, has this problem just occured in a deep cold spell??? is the car outside?? sounds like a frozzen gas line..
See if you can get the car someplace warm for a period of time and try to start... if it does.... get some dry gas (not the cheap stuff, you want the type that absorbes mosisture).
