1995 volvo 850 turbo transmission upgrade 850

Hi has anyone ever installed a 1996 or 1997 transmission in a 1995 turbo and know what wires or modification needed to not give the speed sensor code? I am in need of a transmission for a 1995 850 turbo and know that later year model transmissions will have a better chance of finding lower mileage one used.

    I have a 95 with a 97 trans. The sensor is in a different position,higher on the trans case.The connector will need to be swapped from the donor car.
