Universal Bosch O2 sensor?

I remember reading somewhere that universal Bosch O2 sensor seems to work with 850. Any of you used it and does anyone have any pros or cons compare to the OEM? Universal O2 is $50 and cheapest OEM I found was ~ $115.

Sometimes its th harness that can go bad. If thats the case then replacing just the plug wont wont work. Also I would use silver solder, which means you need to have a high temp iron. I want to sat high temp silver melts at around 520.
