No Start until codes cleared, What could be wrong? 850 1994

I am driving a 1994 850 non turbo Wagon with about 175,000 miles (odometer gear needs to be replaced)
It has been running a little rough lately and I'm sure it could use a little routine maintenance.
Over the last week it has stalled 3 times after running for less than five minutes. When it stalled it just quit straight out, no cough or sputter.
Each time it started again after a few tries.
Today it would not start at all, crank, but nothing.
I read the following codes:
A6 314, and 131
B2 122
All others were clear (111)
I tried starting it many times today.
Then I cleared the codes in A6 to see what would reappear.
The car started right away like nothing was wrong and no codes reappeared.
I'm sure this is not the end of it.
Ideas??

Thanks

Richard

Cam position sensor is failing. Clean the plug for it first, make sure the wires route under the distributer wires, and it might last a little longer.
