Replacement of rear window trim on wagon 850

The exterior trim at the base of the rear hatch window where it meets the metal on my 850 is in poor shape. I caught the corner of it when I was drying the car and pulled some of it out.

I couldn't find any previous posts on this subject so my questions are...

- is the trim piece only available at the dealer?
- is it difficult to replace?
- can anyone offer any tips tricks to replace it?

Well, you have several options..Salvage yard or Dealer can you guess which one is less expensive? you need the trim tool to remove w/o damage.
