Phillips Vision-one headlamps S70 99

Does anyone know where to get Phillips Vision-one headlamps. This was a suggestion for a solution to premature burnout. Please, when people offer solutions, also mention the source.

    They ship anywhere in the world and sometimes offer "2 for 1" specials.

    While you will see an improvement in lighting, don't be surprised if lamp life is no better. I got the longest service from the cheapest bulbs I could find, plain old Sylvanias, for $10-$12 each. Volvo lamp housings are made of a plastic with poor thermal conductivity, plus they design to higher electrical system voltage to reduce alternator size, so the bulbs cook themselves to a premature death.
