British Haynes manual S70 99

A British Haynes manual was mentioned for the late Volvo S-series was mentioned. Does anyone know where to get one?

Re: British Haynes manual S70 99

You need Haynes manual 3573 ISBN 1 85960 573 7 at £16.99, or cheaper at Halfords. Your local library will find one for a small fee. The manual covers all S70's up to 1999 (P to V reg) However if you have one of the later engines with variable valve timing it does not cover that development.

You can get one directly from Haynes (I don't remember the web site address but any search engine will get you one). It's less money than the same from IPD.

Re: British Haynes manual S70 99

I purchased mine from ipdusa.com, a mail-order supplier of Volvo parts. I have also purchased front brake pads (less dust than OEM) there.

Click on "enter" then "publications", then "repair and service manuals". There is also a Chilton's manual, available for the USA market, that covers the 850 and FWD S70 models.
