Pulled two ABS codes/ What must I do next? 850 1995

My ABS light has been going off and on intermittently lately and I finally just got a chance to pull the codes. There were two and they were 1-4-1 and 1-4-2.
If I have the definitions correct they should be as follows:

141= Faulty pedal sensor: shorted to ground or supply.
142= Faulty stop (Brake) lamp switch: open circuit

Do these codes signify that I need to replace the pedal sensor and stop lamp switch? Not even sure where these would be located.

P.S. Can someone also clarify for me again the proper sequence to clear any codes?

It is connected to the top of the brake pedal, which means you have to look at it upside down. The upper switch has vacuum tubing, that is your cruise control! The lower one is the brake switch.
These codes go away when you fix it.

Thank you Klaus fro giving me the location but when you say the codes will go away when "I fix it", how do I fix it? Do I need to replace those parts with new ones? (pedal sensor & stop switch)

Because the brake switch is always powered, you could check the 2 wires at the switch and determine if the switch comes on when the brake pedal is lightly touched. Or have someone watch to see if the lights at the rear come one.

To erase codes, read the codes until you are back to the first one that came up, then hold the button down for 7 seconds. When the red light comes on again, hold for another 7 seconds. That should get you to 1-1-1. If the codes still reappear, then the fault is still there and must be fixed.
