850 Blower removal steps 850 1996

Greetings:

My blower has been squeaky for two years...how do I remove the bad one. What panels to remove, etc?

Thanks
Christian

Remove the passenger side knee bolster and the glove box. You can easily take the motor apart and lubricate the bushings. The brushes have probably also worn down and run out of slack for the wires. If you're handy with a soldering iron you can uncrimp the wires and slip them a bit to get a few more years service out of the motor.
