Hi All,
I have a right hand drive vehicle and the driver's door lock is playing up.

Can anyone tell me if the right hand front door lock on a right hand drive vehicle is the same part number as the right hand front lock on a left hand drive car?

I believe they are different, the right hand drive cars have a key and the left hand cars do not.

Of course, you could try an 850 lock...

Have you tried to lock the doors using the passenger side switch? Sometimes the switches get all gummed up internally and need to be exercised occasionally.

Yes I suspect you are right. I tried operating the passenger front door lock but hasnt helped. Thnx.
