full economy problem. 850 1995

Just had the PCV system totally replaced at 295K and had a new radiator installed as well.
But the problem is now that I got this done my full economy went from 28 - 30 mpg, down to 21 - 23 mpg.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be the cause? Puzzled and discouraged here. I figured I would have had an increase not the other way around.
Also, notice I get an A2 -315 code? Does something need to be replaced? If so, what? Where can I get one?

Thanks.

The A2 3-1-5 is a leak in the EVAP system, somewhere between the fuel tank, the charcoal cannister, and the intake manifold.

As to fuel economy, I suspect one of the vacuum lines was not properly replaced, or there is a leak in the intake manifold gasket. Spray some carb cleaner at the gasket with the engine at idle and see if the idle changes, noting a leak. Dont forget the intake pipe to the throttle body or the vacuum tree.
