99 V70 Front Window regulator V70-XC70

I have a 1999 V70 , on which the drivers side window is acting up.. It seems to be tilted on the track and therefore I have to pull it up manually from the top and correct the angle to get it to close. I have been avoiding opening the window till now :-(. I have taken off the panel and the 10mm black nuts which hold the motor bracket to the door frame. I do not see how to proceed to get the regulator out of the door.

    Usually it is the track itself that is broken, not the regulator. Pay close attention to the track closest to the door handle and the bottom rail. The whole assembly should rattle when you shut the door, indicating a broken track.

      My problem is , how do I detach the regulator from the track and or get the regulator out of the door.
