I need a new shifter boot for my 850. More specifically, the frame that holds the leather boot to the console is cracked. Essentially I need to replace this part... or the whole thing... whichever I can find. If anyone knows where I can get one of these and how to replace it that'd be great.

If it is like my '98, twist the the hard top ring of the boot to either side to release it from the knob.

Any old Volvo junk yard. The shifter just pulls straight up to come out. Don't bang your head on the closed sunroof :)
