If you can find a tan passenger seat bottom at a bone yard, that will also fit the driver's side. Usually the seatbelt rubs on the upper part of the seat and wears that out, but the passenger seat is made for the air bag to come through the right side of the seat so it won't work for the driver's side.
Removing the bottom seat cover is quite easy. Lift up the front of the plastic cover over the seat controls, then push it back and out. Slip the red piece of plastic that is inside the cover over the sips button so someone doesn't hit it.
Then pull on the folded parts of the vinyl at the rear of the seat cushion to release them. Cut the hog clips at the rear with a pair of dykes and pull the cover forward. There are more clips about half way forward, cut those 2 also, and then pull the rest of the cover off.
When you put them on your car, use zip ties instead of hog clips, much easier to work with. If you can, keep the thermostat, seat heater, and small piece of foam that goes over the heater grid.
