fluids V70-XC70 2000

Hi Guys,
I have recently been thinking about my cars fluids. ISince I have owned this I have used castrol GTX high mileage oil (5W30). Is that good, what do you think the car has 140,XXXmiles. Also I am about to so some trans service. I know I need the 3309. The next question I have is power steering fluid. PSF or ATF. If it is the trans fluid do I use the 3309?? I'm confused. So if I need power steering fluid what do I need to look for.

Thank you in advance,
Ken

5W30 is just fine. If you pay extra for "high" mileage oil, get regular synthetic oil.

As for PS fluid, get synthetic power steering fluid. 3309 might work in a pinch, but it is not reccomended. Your manual is wrong.
