Just wondering if anyone has experienced this. The cruise control on my 99' s80 with 180K started malfunctioning. It stays engaged for a few seconds, then immediately dis-engages. anyone have any trouble shooting processes? Thanks!

YEP I had this problem, it was a bad brake stop light switch, this is the switch behind the brake pedal arm..the cruise control drops out because it thinks you applied your brakes...check your switch it could be out of adjustment..

If you have a manual tranny, the clutch has a similar switch.
