When I put the turn signal on everything seems ok but when I also apply the brakes all the bulbs in the tail light flash at different times. The arrow on the dash flashes too. I wire brushed the bulb contacts and replaced all the bulbs and it didn't help. Is it time for a new bulb socket board?

Thanks for any advice.

Just a loose or chaffed ground wire in the rear. Getting a new assembly probably won't help.
