Towing question V70-XC70 2000

I have a 2000 V70 non turbo without any towing components. I'm looking to add what it takes to get my v70 capable of towing a 1300lb popup camper.

What does everyone recommend when it comes to the hitch assembly? IPD has one for 223.00. Is there better quality hitch for less expensive or is the one I listed junk?

Also, does anyone feel the need to install a transmission cooler?

Thanks in advance,

So, I went to the source (isn't the internet handy?) :

There is still a need for wiring, but those assemblies are pretty straight forward.

There already is a tranny cooler in the radiator. I suggest you flush the tranny fluid anyway, at least every 50K miles.
When towing, the owner's manual says to down shift on long uphill grades to help cool the tranny fluid. Do this when you notice the car slowing down and you are giving it a lot more gas pedal to maintain speed.

Thanks for the info. I took a look under the hood and it does appear the transmission is cooled by the built in radiator.
