I was wondering if I can adjust my wipers. The wiper on the drivers side seems to come off the windshield whenever it comes up. Seems like it's traveling to far.

    Easily done. Loosen the bolt on the wiper arm, the hood must be raised, and re-adjust the blade to the marks on the lower part of the windshield.

      I've noticed that there is a small hash mark on the upper corner of the windshield. I always wondered if that is a guide marking for wiper adjustment, because the wiper just hits it.

        Yes, there is. But the factory installers use the 2 bottom marks to position the resting point. The upper point is the "do not exceed" to test the wiper motor limits.

          Are they little white painted-on lines at the edge of the windshield? I also have the same sort of lines painted on the headlight lenses.

            Two small rectangles per plade about 1" above the bottom edge of the windshield.

            If your windshield is a generic replacement, those markings will not exist.
