S60 drivers, what is your MPG? S60

I am curious as to the MPG, city/highway, of later model S60s with the 5 cylinder engine AND all wheel drive. Do you really get 20/28? And please, none of that fantastic one tank stuff where you did 60mph on the Interstate with a tail wind for 6 hours!! Downhill all the way.

My 1998 V70R got 22/27, and I am not easy on the gas pedal.

    97 s69 awd turbo,
25000 total miles lucky to get 15 around town and about 26 open road!!

I prefer my 95 850 with 238,000 miles... 20 around town and up to 20-30 on open road still!!! Took it to FL 3 years ago but flew the last few. Would drive it to FL in a heart beat.

S60 drivers, what is your MPG? S60 2004

My 2004 S60R averages about 28 mpg on the highway doing ~80 mph. Interstingly, I find I get better mileage going 80 mph than doing 70 mph.

On a trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas last year, I averaged 24 mpg - average speed 105 mph. The car is quite stable at high speeds, suprised a few BMWs and Benzs.

Around town mileage is about 21 mpg.

Klaus, My 2004 S60R manual has done as high as 31 on a 400 mile trip to my daughters - all interstate with a couple mountains at 65 to 70. Normally can do 28 to 30 on trips. Really much better than I had expected when I bought the car. Around town 20 to 22.
